There has been many times I saw people dance to the Ringtone of their phones, all because they don't want to answer the CALLER  and will never get back to the CALLER But I do ponder why are they doing it, what transpired between them, won't the CALLER feel bad...? yet they don't care about the CALLER'S  feelings Strange Right?
